2004-11-07 両親が突然登場！

_ 朝

のんびり寝ていたら家電が鳴った。

気づくのが遅くて留守電になった。

メッセージはおかん。明日エアコン付けにいくよって内容。

家に電話してもケータイにかけてもでないから

おとんのケータイならしてみた。

したらいきなり今日来ることになっちゃった。

_ お昼過ぎに

両親登場。彼にも手伝ってもらってエアコンついた～！

いえ～い（^_-)v

これで冬も夏も快適だわ☆

一緒にお昼食べて、お茶して、帰っていきました。

_ 夕方

彼と学校の近くに明日の授業の下見に行ってきました。

のどかだ～。

_ 夕飯は

家でラーメン。おいしかった～！

_ 食べた後

本当はお風呂入りに行く予定だったのに、

彼が寝てしまい、流れてしまった～。

昨日、無○で買った体にぴたっとするソファーで

気持ちよさげに寝ちゃったんだな。

あれはいいです。おすすめ。ちょっと高いけどね。

昼間親もそれでお昼寝して、欲しがっていたよ。

今度買いにいくんだとか（笑）

_ 前のアパート

の敷金精算のことで、もめていました。

ここのところ電話でかなり話し合ってました。

普通ルームクリーニング代のほかに壁はがれ補修とか

かかるもんなの？しかも２万×２。おかしくない？

前のところ、壁にはクロスは貼ってなくて、コンクリにペンキ。

部屋の方は壁はがれなんてなかったのです。

台所のほうは、自然にぺりぺりしてきてて、部屋出るときの立ち会いで

「これは自然的なはがれなので、大丈夫です」って言われたから

はがれ補修は払う気はありませんって言い通した。

最後は不動産屋も電話じゃなくて手紙で攻めてきました。

「これ以上の譲歩はできかねます」ってね。

そしたら２万が５千になったらから仕方なく妥協。

大家さんが途中で変わって、とってもやっかいだったのに

出るときにまでもめるとは思わなかったです。

結局、はじめの料金より＋１万２千円返ってきた～。

でかいよねぇ…？
